Have you ever had trouble sitting job interviews? I am certain that job seekers still get nervous no matter how many job interviews they attend, which is all a part of human nature. However, I can tell you that in my years of experience, there are a number of factors that I look for in interviewees. I am always drawn to people who can articulate their message and communicate effectively and honestly. This in turn aids my understanding of you as a person and your experiences in the workplace. I like to think of a job interview as an opportunity to build a business relationship with the interviewer. Remember – you’re being interviewed for a good reason, the interviewer is interested to know more about you, not make you feel uncomfortable or give you the third degree. Lastly, good presentation is essential. As the age old saying goes, first impressions always last.
